Description

Located on the southwest corner of Olsen Road and Spring Meadow Avenue near California Lutheran University, this 7-acre property was acquired in 1978 and developed into a neighborhood park in 1987.  In 2018, major improvements were completed, including irrigation upgrades, fitness equipment, new permeable asphalt walking path, new landscaping, playground renovation, and cornhole equipment. This park’s unique feature is an open naturalized flood channel that divides the park in half, with each side connected by a walking path.
