Our reservable picnic sites are perfect for small or large group gatherings. Located in some of the Conejo Valley’s most picturesque surroundings, their natural environments are a perfect background to any special occasion. With so many options to choose from, our staff is available to help navigate our park system to find the best location for your next event.

Picnic Site Rental Fees & DepositsCRPD Reservations Policies & ProceduresA permit must be issued for the use of any park if any of the following apply:
- Private gatherings of 50 or more people
- Events organized by a business, organization, club, etc.
- Paid services are being provided or admission is charged
Sites not reserved for the day are available on a first come/first served basis. Amenities are provided only in association with a reservation.
Insurance is required for businesses, organizations, clubs, etc.
Certificate of Insurance and Additional Insured Endorsement RequirementsCRPD does not provide event insurance. Many patrons use Event Helper to obtain the required Certificate of Insurance and Additional Insured Endorsement.
Liability insurance is required for all vendors including caterers and attractions.

A Certificate of Insurance and an Additional Insured Endorsement naming CRPD, its Board, officers, employees, and volunteers as additional insured must be submitted at ten business prior to the event. Large inflatables, rock climbing walls, pony rides, and other specialized equipment require a permit. Quiet generators must be used with inflatables. Vehicles are never allowed on the turf, walkways, or sidewalks for any reason.
